Our client, a nationally recognized labor and employment law firm, is seeking an attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience to join its Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group in Denver.
This role focuses on litigation involving restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and offers the opportunity to work with a premier practice group handling sophisticated, fast-moving disputes for a robust client roster.
Key Responsibilities
Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret matters
Handle motions for injunctive relief
Handle motions for expedited discovery
Take and defend depositions
Work on matters involving computer forensics and e-discovery issues
Conduct legal research and draft written work product
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
3–6 years of litigation experience
Substantial experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Must be admitted in Colorado or capable of being admitted
Salary range: $180,000 – $220,000
