Key Exciting Responsibilities

Partner with Development and Product Management leaders to synchronize financial plans with the product roadmap and high‑impact market opportunities.

Design and maintain sophisticated driver‑based allocation models to provide leadership with a clear, strategic view of P&L performance and contribution margins.

Spearhead detailed forecasting and budgeting for a massive global workforce, balancing headcount growth and labor costs to optimize resource allocation.

Leverage advanced financial tools and AI workflows to revamp processes, providing scenario analysis and business cases for new development and maintenance.

Deliver compelling financial narratives and performance bridges to the Sr. Director of FP&A and operational stakeholders to guide executive decision‑making.

Essential Skills & Experience

3–7 years of FP&A experience backed by a BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling via Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP/FP&A tools such as Oracle, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.

Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both finance and operational leadership teams.

Solid understanding of SaaS business models, including Agile methodologies and revenue recognition principles.

A self‑starter mindset with the analytical rigor to manage granular details while maintaining a high‑level strategic perspective.

Bonus Points For

Experience supporting R&D and Product Management functions within a high‑growth software environment.

Familiarity with subscription or consumption‑based revenue models.

Technical proficiency in data visualization or query tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.

Compensation Trimble provides the following compensation range based on a full‑time schedule: $78,000 – $107,000. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may offer additional benefits and other compensation not related to protected status.
