Assistant Center Director – The Learning Experience River Vale Location: River Vale, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Salary: $50,000 per year

Our leadership team supports teachers, partners with families, and maintains high-quality classrooms through strong coaching and collaboration.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Center Director to support daily center operations, mentor teachers, and help maintain compliance and program excellence across classrooms serving infants through preschool.
Responsibilities
Support daily center operations and classroom quality
Coach teachers implementing the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Maintain compliance with New Jersey licensing standards
Assist with staff scheduling and classroom coverage
Support family communication and enrollment tours
Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios
Qualifications
CDA credential required
Childcare or preschool experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of licensing standards and classroom practices
