This is a full-time on-site role located in for an Event Sales Coordinator. The Event Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing event inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to potential and confirmed clients, and coordinating event logistics. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting venue tours, building strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, and meeting sales targets through building and closing event sales opportunities. The role also involves contributing to ongoing process improvements to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for responding to inquiries, working with clients, and fostering positive relationships. Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management for organizing and executing successful events. Sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets while enhancing client satisfaction. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus. Familiarity with event booking or CRM software (Tripleseat) is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
