Qualifications

Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work weekends as needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Make Ready Technician to prepare apartment units for new residents. This role is responsible for ensuring vacant units are clean, functional, and move-in ready in a timely manner while also maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
Responsibilities
Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (make-ready process)
Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, minor repairs, and fixture replacements
Check and ensure all appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems are working properly
Report any major repair needs to maintenance supervisor
Assist with groundskeeping and general property upkeep as needed
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property
Qualifications
Previous maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
