We're looking for a well-organized professional to join our real estate team in a part-time, hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping deals on track and has a creative eye for promoting property listings. You'll work closely with our agents to manage the full transaction lifecycle, including listing launches, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral. If you're someone who thrives on variety, owns your work, and brings both precision and creativity to everything you do, this is the job for you. You will work 18-24 hours per week with regular on-site work in our Montpelier, VT office.

Job Functions & Responsibilities Transaction Coordinator

Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, including deadline tracking, agent coordination, and compliance with legal and internal procedures

Maintain accurate transaction files and records in accordance with real estate laws and regulations

Perform database entry and ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready

Marketing Support

Create property marketing materials, including listing reports, print collateral, digital advertisements, and email campaigns

Coordinate listing launches and price updates across MLS and all marketing channels

Assist in maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital platforms (website, email, social)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, marketing, or administrative support

A real estate license or the ability and willingness to obtain one

Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate contracts

Highly motivated, creative self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, and CRM platforms preferred

Experience creating high-quality graphics, print collateral, and digital content

Strong attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
