What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide regional field support while progressing through a structured sales development pathway
Support clinical case coverage and build relationships with healthcare providers
Execute targeted selling campaigns and provide coverage for open territories
Track customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
Represent the employer professionally in all customer interactions and clinical environments
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of field sales experience
Associate’s degree with 2 years of field sales experience
Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel at least 75% of the time
Ability to lift/move 25 pounds on a regular basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices or technical sales
Introductory knowledge of company products and services
Strong customer focus with proven relationship-building skills
Effective persuasion skills and a coachable mindset
Comfort with learning technical products and clinical terminology
