Position Summary
The Dubuque Fighting Saints are seeking a Promotions & Ticket Sales Assistant to support game-day promotions, fan engagement, and ticket sales initiatives throughout the 2026–2027 season. This position provides hands-on experience in live event operations, sports marketing, and sales support within a professional hockey environment.
Responsibilities
Lead setup and execution of in-game promotions and theme nights
Represent the organization at community and promotional events
Support ticket sales efforts, including group, season, and promotional ticket initiatives
Assist with lead generation, fan outreach, and ticket sales research
Collaborate with other departments on ticketing-related initiatives and special projects.
Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
A degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as required by the hockey and event schedule.
Ability to work on their feet for extended periods of times and able to lift 10-15 lbs.
Comfortable working in a live-event environment and walking on an ice sheet
