Nourishing Life Acupuncture is seeking a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and grounded acupuncturist to join our growing team.
We are a busy, well-established clinic with a strong focus on
fertility, women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care , along with a consistent volume of pain management cases. Trust and bedside manner are central to the care we provide, and we value practitioners who show up with presence and intention for every patient.
We are looking for an acupuncturist who wants to
plant roots in one clinic , grow with us long-term, and be part of something meaningful.
This role is a great fit if you: Are
fertility-focused
or deeply interested and excited to learn
Love working with women, families, and couples TTC
Have strong
emotional intelligence and bedside manner
(this matters more to us than technical perfection)
Are nurturing, steady, and confident working independently while still enjoying mentorship
Thrive in a
fast-paced, well‑run clinic
(up to 4 patients per hour)
Are organized, reliable, and appreciate strong systems and structure
Identify as
“crunchy‑minded”
and aligned with holistic, lifestyle‑based care
Enjoy community involvement and building long‑term patient relationships
This role is not the right fit if you:
Want to split your time between multiple clinics
Prefer a slow, spa‑style pace
Feel drained by emotionally complex fertility or postpartum cases
Are not comfortable with herbal medicine (herbs are
required , not optional)
Part‑time:
15–20 hours per week
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday: 2:00–7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
Compensation: Pay up to
$120 per hour , plus
commission on herbal sales
and
patient retention bonuses
Associates can reasonably earn
$70,000–$80,000 annually
working part‑time hours, prior to bonuses and commissions
401(k) included
Strong administrative, scheduling, and support systems in place
We handle patient acquisition and provide strong systems, support, and mentorship.
Patient retention is a shared responsibility
— supported by our clinic’s structure and culture, and strengthened by your clinical presence, communication, and relationship‑building with patients.
Requirements:
Licensed Acupuncturist in North Carolina (or in process)
Comfort treating fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum patients (experience preferred; strong interest and willingness to learn required)
Professional, warm, and grounded presence
Must hold active malpractice insurance with our preferred insurance provider (or be willing to obtain coverage upon hire)
Nourishing Life Acupuncture maintains a
drug‑free, smoke‑free, and fragrance‑free clinical environment
to support patient health and safety.
Employees are expected to maintain a clean, scent‑free presence while working in the clinic. This includes avoiding the use of personal fragrances, strongly scented products, and exposure to secondhand smoke during work hours.
Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
Our Vision: We are intentionally growing our team with the goal of adding
two long‑term associate acupuncturists , allowing for leadership expansion and future clinic growth. This role is ideal for someone seeking stability, mentorship, and a true clinical home.
