We are searching for a Sales Engineer to join our team and support continued growth across Michigan and Northern Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors while delivering thoughtful, technically sound HVAC solutions. The Sales Engineer will leverage their experience in HVAC equipment sales and/or system design to provide customized solutions for commercial projects, collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, and stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the willingness to travel throughout the territory. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors to promote our industry-leading HVAC solutions. Utilize your expertise in HVAC equipment sales and/or system design to provide tailored solutions to meet diverse commercial client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a cutting-edge advantage. Travel primarily within Michigan's Lower Peninsula + Northern Ohio. Requirements

5+ years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or system design. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
