Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Data Entry Clerk based in our Madison, MS office. The Data Entry Clerk will handle daily tasks such as entering and updating data with accuracy and speed, maintaining and organizing data systems, and verifying the accuracy of information. Additionally, the role includes providing administrative support, collaborating with team members, and handling routine customer‑related inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer literacy, including the ability to use word processors, spreadsheets, and data entry software
Experience in administrative assistance and managing organized workflows
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administrative functions are a plus
Previous experience in similar roles is beneficial but not required
