About the Role We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive business growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, you will focus on developing new customer relationships, managing strategic accounts, and expanding our presence across the DACH market.
You will work closely with SAP teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to position FIT Global’s SAP S/4HANA solutions and deliver value-driven outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across the DACH region and achieve sales targets
Build strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with SAP and implementation partners to create joint opportunities
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT sales
Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
Experience selling SAP-related or enterprise solutions is a strong plus
Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
Experience working with customers in the DACH region is highly preferred
Fluent German and English (German is required)
