What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sign fabrication and welding (aluminum and steel).
Knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment used in sign production.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Welding certification preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
