We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a full‑time on-site role based in Houston, TX. The role includes building relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing product recommendations. Responsibilities also include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. Collaboration with other departments to meet customer needs will also be a key part of this role. Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Account Management skills with the ability to maintain and grow customer relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in industrial distribution or related fields is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is preferred
