What You'll Do

Deliver best-in-class, mission-driven live events/experiences i.e. networking groups, health fairs, and other outreach activities

Cultivate and create relationships with key referral sources and community partners.

Maintain a database of contacts, track sales efforts, and report on activities and results.

Conduct presentations, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events, etc. with prospects and current referral sources to share information about Synergy HomeCare

Support and grow our presence in three key geographic areas

Why You'll Be a Great Fit

You have a High School Diploma or GED.

You have at leasttwo or three years of outside sales experience, event planning, or experience in a position with similar responsibilities

You have proven success in building relationships that contribute to achieving organizational and revenue goals

You are an active listener and an effective communicator, and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision

We’re looking for a passionate Strategic Events & Client Relations Coordinator to help expand our reach in the community. This is more than a sales job, you'll be building trust-based relationships with families, referral sources, and community partners to help individuals continue to age in place.

Your goals will be to create, maintain, and grow key partnerships as well as increase revenue.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + bonuses based on performance
