What You Do As a sales representative in our Sports Medicine specialty, you’ll be the face of Stryker products. You will act as a sales lead, preparing and participating in sales pitches, demo meetings, and trade shows. You will analyze market territory, manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms, and solve product problems. You will educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance, and conduct product evaluations in the operating room or office settings. Your role will allow you to adjust your schedule to focus on what brings the greatest value to customers.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree required.

2-5 years of experience in outside sales (medical related fields preferred).

Must be able to drive an automobile.

Must be able to travel overnight 50% of the time annually.

Confident communicator, influential in sales conversations.

Charismatic networker who builds strong relationships.

Strategic closer who consistently exceeds quotas.

Ability to generate growth in sports medicine sales, train doctors, and improve patient lives.

Responsibilities And Duties

Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products to help patients recover from sports‑related injuries.

Deliver medical product knowledge and support to customers.

Partner with cross‑divisional sales reps to create strategic goals and targets.

Represent the brand and impact patient care through product education.
