We are looking for a

Bioprocess Biopharma Account Manager

to lead overall customer success aligned with the Cytiva strategy. This position is part of the Bioprocessing Biopharma segment located in San Francisco, CA (Bay Area) and will be fully remote.

What You’ll Do

Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & orders at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through promotion of all business technologies and capabilities relevant to the account.

Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows to develop and support solutions that exceed expectations.

Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and a high‑level knowledge of competitive products and services.

Prospect, forecast, generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, and plan customer visits at all levels of the customer organization.

Negotiate master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions, and facilitate tender responses to customers in conjunction with product sales specialists.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, life sciences or a relevant field.

3+ years of commercial experience, preferably in the biotechnology industry.

Sales techniques including cross‑selling, upselling, value positioning, solution selling, and funnel management.

Strong business market knowledge.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000–$160,000 and is the range we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan to eligible employees.
