Schedule and Compensation

Your starting hourly pay rate will be

$12.50 - $14.50

depending on your skills and experience.

Hallmark part-time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision etc.

Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases.

This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.

Average weekly hours for this position are between

3-7 hours per week .

Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends is required.

Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day engagement:

Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products using a mobile device. Communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising activities. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Maintain entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores.

Holiday support:

Provide additional service days and extended hours during key holidays; work on actual holidays as required.

Department Resets:

Participate in team installations such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Notify two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.

Team collaboration:

Support other team members as needed in their territories.

Physical Requirements Physical job requiring high energy and urgency. Work on the selling floor and back stockrooms. Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Read, write, and understand English.

Capable of lifting and carrying products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents.

Access to Wi‑Fi network and the internet.

Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
