
Customer Service Representative (Warranty) – Residential Homebuilding

The Customer Service Representative (Warranty) role is a full-time, on-site position located in Draper. The representative will be responsible for addressing warranty-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the homebuilding experience. This role engages directly with customers to maintain a high level of professionalism and a focus on customer experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty service requests
Schedule and coordinate warranty work with trade partners and vendors
Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate warranty concerns and determine appropriate resolution
Track, manage, and close service requests in a timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs in company systems
Perform follow-up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and quality of completed work
Collaborate with construction, sales, and trade partners to resolve issues efficiently
Manage multiple communities and prioritize workload based on urgency and service standard
Qualifications
2 + years of customer service experience( residential construction or warranty experience preferred).
Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of warranty claims.).
Proficiency in Customer Support, addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners.
Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with residential construction or the homebuilding industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or construction management software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or management are advantageous.
