Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Assess client needs and present appropriate benefit options with clarity and professionalism
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
Deliver exceptional, client-centered service
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team collaboration
