Key Responsibilities
Executive Reporting: Develop and distribute high-visibility scorecards and performance decks for management and Board-level reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights
Dashboards & Visualizations: Design, host, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Qliksense) to track sales performance, pipeline health, and operational KPIs for leadership
Advanced Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive analytics on large datasets to evaluate sales force coverage, productivity, and market opportunities
Data Strategy & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline manual reporting; build and optimize data gathering processes to ensure "single source of truth" reporting across the sales organization
Ad Hoc Analysis: Manage rapid-response requests for deeper analysis to support real-time decision-making by the sales leadership team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance and sales leaders to interpret results, serving as the bridge between technical data architecture and business strategy
Skills & Educational Requirements
BS/BA in a quantitative or analytical field (Data Science, Economics, Pol Sci, Finance, etc.)
5-7 years of financial modeling, planning, reporting and analysis experience
Exceptional skill in MS Excel and Powerpoint, MS Access a plus, Python, SQL or R coding experience a plus, Qlik experience a plus
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience in financial services or a financial data provider industry a strong plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills
Experience in data visualization, designing executive scorecards, and operational performance analysis
Ability to work with large amount of data, while succinctly summarizing conclusions for management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with ability to deal with changing priorities
Salary Range = 155000 - 205000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
