Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description
Supervise subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Document weekly progress, review shop drawings, monitor budgets, approve payments, and oversee critical inspections. Coordinate punch lists and ensure a smooth handoff to the owner.

Review shop drawings and monitor project budgets.
Approve payments and oversee critical inspections.
Coordinate punch lists and ensure a seamless project handoff to the owner.
Essential Skills
Construction management
Commercial construction
Subcontractor management
3 years’ experience as a superintendent
Experience in new build commercial or industrial construction
Experience with large construction projects $1M
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability and willingness to travel within the state of Wisconsin
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 – $110000.00/yr.
Medical Insurance – Paid time off – Paid Holidays – Short and Long Term disability – Life Insurance
Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Appleton,WI.
