CENCO Claims partners with insurance carriers nationwide to deliver dependable residential property claim services. As spring weather returns to Minnesota—bringing hail, wind, and thaw-related losses—we’re growing our network of Daily Claims Adjusters in the Minneapolis area.
This role is a great fit for adjusters looking to stay active during the busy season while maintaining flexibility and independence in the field.
What You’ll Handle:
Perform on-site inspections for residential property losses caused by hail, wind, water intrusion, and other seasonal events
Document damages with clear photos, measurements, and structured field notes
Build accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and carrier contacts
Move claims from inspection to submission while meeting carrier timelines
What You Bring:
Active Minnesota adjuster license (or qualifying home state license)
Experience using Xactimate (Symbility familiarity is a plus)
Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard inspection equipment
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to respond quickly to new assignments and maintain turnaround expectations
