Want your sales work to make a real difference to the clinicians who care for our communities? As a
Direct Account Manager , you’ll help physicians and other healthcare professionals secure the protection they need to practice with confidence—while you grow MIEC’s presence across our medical professional liability portfolio. You’ll build trusted relationships with solo physicians, medical groups, facilities, and acupuncturists, listen for what’s at stake in their practice, and translate complex coverage into clear, member-first recommendations. From first outreach through consultative discovery, proposal, binding, and onboarding, you’ll own the full sales cycle and collaborate with partners across MIEC to strengthen endorsed relationships, improve how we serve members, and advance our mission of vigorous protection and high value.
LOCATION: This position can be remote, hybrid, or in-office at one of our MIEC offices located in California, Idaho, or Alaska. This position requires limited travel from time to time, including overnight stays.
COMPENSATION Salary based on experience and location:
The full salary range for this position including all locations is: $80,175 - $123,683.
Here is the breakdown by location:
San Francisco Bay Area and Hawaii: $92,762 to $123,683
All other locations: $80,175 to $106,900
