We are currently seeking an
Assistant Human Resources Director
to help lead the department and support our team members across the hotel. This role plays a key part in managing the daily operations of the HR function while contributing to both short‑ and long‑term planning. The ideal candidate brings a solid HR background and experience in areas such as recruitment, benefits, workforce planning, payroll, compensation, colleague relations, coaching, and training. In this position, you’ll be instrumental in executing HR strategies, supporting departmental goals, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guiding other HR colleagues and management trainees
Advising leaders and team members on colleague relations and HR policy
Facilitating training and professional development initiatives
Managing workers’ compensation and compliance programs
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staffing efforts
The salary range for this position is $91,200 to $102,500, commensurate with experience.
