CENCO Claims delivers reliable residential property claims support to insurance carriers nationwide. As spring weather brings increased wind, hail, and storm activity across Central Texas, we’re expanding our roster of Daily Claims Adjusters in the Austin market.
This role is ideal for adjusters who want consistent field opportunities, flexibility in their schedule, and a strong team supporting them behind the scenes.
What You’ll Handle:
Inspect residential properties to assess damage from wind, hail, water, and other covered events
Document losses with clear photos, measurements, and organized field notes
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners
Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting required timelines
What You Bring:
Active Texas All-Lines Adjuster License
Experience with Xactimate (Symbility is a plus)
Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to take on assignments quickly and maintain turnaround expectations
