Full‑time Customer Service Representative
to help us continue delivering an exceptional employment experience for our team and outstanding service for our customers.
Position Summary The Customer Service Representative works closely with the Print Sales and Operations teams to coordinate and process customer orders received by mail, email, fax, phone, or in person. This role ensures customer requirements are met with accuracy, professionalism, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Process in‑person, phone, electronic, and hard‑copy work orders
Provide information regarding products, processes, software/hardware, and turnaround times
Promote add‑on or new services/merchandise to existing and previous customers
Communicate unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and other relevant details
Enter jobs into the computer system and initiate billing
Review original hard‑copy documents for completeness and defects
Contact customers with questions or clarifications regarding orders
Document order issues for the Production Manager
Consult with the Estimator regarding costs and communicate pricing to customers
Route artwork, digital files, and materials to appropriate production areas
Review digital files for completeness and defects
Resolve issues with digital orders or escalate to technical experts
Provide customers with updates throughout production
Refer in‑progress job questions to the appropriate Production Manager
Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and carriers to track or expedite shipments
Experience & Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2–5 years of experience in an administrative or billing role
1–2 years of printing or reprographics experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong collaboration skills to align operations and sales processes
Self‑motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
