Think developer brain or financial modeller who discovered growth — someone who lights up looking at funnel data, not brand guidelines. You're a number cruncher and optimiser first, creative second.* Non-negotiable: Fluent English, German is a plus. High-level familiarity with European cultures* Super technical and very analytical — comfortable with data, performance metrics, and treating growth like an engineering problem* Commercially curious — you genuinely want to understand how sales works and how marketing feeds pipeline* Varied marketing experience across multiple projects is a big bonus — you'll need to deconstruct the German ICP and build localised funnels that resonate in this market* A love for working with people — understanding problems, finding solutions, and creating real value* The ability to learn fast and thrive through uncertainty — startups are a bumpy ride* A high-performance mindset — you set the bar high and don't settle for average### Compensation5-7K€ per month + eligibility for the option pool.Cookie #J-18808-Ljbffr
