Position Summary
What you’ll do: Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Responsibilities
Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and adhering to the Company steel standard guidelines.
Fulfill Member Fax, Pull, and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, and securing items until Members arrive.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including implementation of the Open Door Policy and other action plans.
Act with integrity, support Walmart’s values, and contribute to becoming a regenerative company.
Serve customers and members, deliver results while putting the customer first, and make decisions based on reliable information that considers the impact on the team and stakeholders.

Hourly Wage The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
