We’re seeking a Part-Time Administrative and Marketing Assistant. This role is perfect for students looking for flexible, remote work to fit around their studies.

Position Title: Part-Time Administrative and Marketing Assistant Work Schedule: Flexible hours, approximately 20 hours per week Compensation: $25.00 per hour (approximately $500 per week)

Position Overview The Part-Time Administrative and Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support while assisting with various marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining practical experience in business administration, marketing, communications, and digital outreach. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing students to balance work responsibilities with their academic commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document organization

Assist with marketing initiatives such as social media updates, content coordination, and basic promotional activities

Support outreach efforts and help maintain marketing and contact databases

Assist with preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations

Coordinate with team members on administrative and marketing-related tasks

Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry when needed

Qualifications

Currently enrolled student or recent graduate preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
