Job Duties: This position is responsible for a diverse range of administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the City Clerk. It focuses primarily on researching grant opportunities for the City's various departments, assisting with the administration of in-house grant applications, maintaining the City’s social media presence, and providing support for other projects as required.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a scheduled 1-hour lunch break.
Applications will be accepted until April 3, 2026, and must be submitted online.

Brief overview of requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in any field; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both. Program of Study in Business Administration or General Marketing is preferred.
A minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience working in an office environment using computer software.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of organizational structure, general city operations, and functions of city government is preferred.
