Summary This position is in Office of Water, Office of Wastewater Management, Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) Division. About: The Office of Water This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

Major Duties You will: Conceive, direct and manage initiatives and programs for the national Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program. Manage and direct the Division's programs to ensure program and fiscal integrity, and maximize program efficiency and environmental performance. Lead administrative management functions relative to fiscal and materials resources of the Division. Establish and maintain effective partnerships with national, state and local officials concerned with water and wastewater infrastructure finance, construction and management. You will spend 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
