What You Need To Make a Difference
Must have a current LNHA license in the states Signature operates in.
Ability to travel with overnight stays Monday‑Friday.
Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
Demonstrated success in previous LNHA roles measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
