Brief Description
Responsible for the designs and production of graphic art and visual materials for digital and print media. Responsible for layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Creates and executes design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design is preferred
Extensive Mac experience is required
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency.
Copywriting skills a plus
Able to work in a team environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adapt to constant change and meet very tight deadlines.
Excellent attendance and above average punctuality are necessary.
Requires good understanding of products and their uses.
Summary Layout and Design
Layout/design for catalog, direct mail, publication ads, collateral, and digital marketing pieces.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Must be meticulous, consistent, and accurate in textual and graphic content.
Produce final art files for all formats of print.
Work with printers, publications, and advertising agencies, as necessary
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
Amend designs after feedback.
Conceptualization
Understand direct marketing principles and responsible for the creation of effective and cost-efficient design and production solutions.
Coordinate & Organize
Able to communicate with outside vendors for timely submission of files.
Organize timelines and plan digital advertising opportunities.
Publish digital marketing content online.
Research advertising trends
Monitor social media and Google Analytics
Implement email marketing campaigns.
Photography
Able to set-up and assist with photography shoots as needed.
