We’re looking for a talented, creative, and energetic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Dallas, Texas. The Marketing Specialist will closely collaborate and work with the Marketing Manager and other business leaders to support our home centers retail channel. This position offers broad exposure across multiple brands and customer channels, ensuring all visual content aligns with brand standards and supports strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive project leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position
Lead end‑to‑end asset development, from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
Own cross‑functional project management with Graphics, Photo Studio, Product, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver accurate, high‑quality assets on time.
Partner with Graphics, Photo Studio, and Product teams to ensure marketing materials, including merchandising tools (displays, signage, packaging), lifestyle imagery, labels, digital content, and presentations are accurate and up to date.
Participate in the development and communication of product strategy and the introduction of new products with various departments and customers.
Support customer accounts with product launches and training activities.
Assist with new‑product photography and video content to align with brand and retailer standards.
Help manage and strategize product sales tools and campaigns to support product launches.
Organise and manage online assets for specific accounts to optimise sales and identify areas of improvement.
Analyse market data and identify KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Drive projects with Marketing Services to develop and update sales tools and ensure on‑time execution.
Assist with marketing campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to expand market share and pursue growth targets.
Facilitate day‑to‑day marketing support for various teams.
Provide proofing, fact‑checking, copywriting, editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of marketing materials.
Manage communication and coordination with internal clients to support creative concepting and development of marketing deliverables.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager in recommending and developing content and targeted digital marketing tools in support of assigned projects and customers.
Influence others on company policy and procedure to resolve a wide range of issues.
Recognised as a subject‑matter expert, coach and review the work of lower‑level professionals.
Make decisions based on an understanding of the company, customer, and industry practices.
Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.
Lead after‑action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.
Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
2‑4 years of job‑related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
Good understanding of current and trending digital technologies.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Spark, and Premiere.
Competencies
Requires in‑depth conceptual and practical knowledge of project management.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, a team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
High degree of professionalism, judgement, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalised guidelines and procedures.
