Overview Events &Communications Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications to support key activities across advertising, content development, publications, events, and partnerships.

You’ll contribute to multi-channel campaigns, manage advertising placements, create and coordinate content, support event logistics and partnership initiatives, and help ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Key Responsibilities Advertising Execution

Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for digital and print advertisements

Collaborate with graphic designers to develop and finalize creative assets

Create trackable URLs through Bitly to ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement

Track advertising deadlines and maintain placement schedules in Monday.com

Create quarterly reports showing ad performance metrics

Conduct audience research using SparkTo to inform targeting and messaging strategies

Monitor digital publications where Qosina advertises and upload published ads to Monday.com for reference

Content Creation

Draft short-form content such as blog posts, press releases, and editorial pieces

Help manage content calendars and editorial planning

Develop creative concepts and source stock imagery for blogs and editorial content using tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, and Napkin AI

Directory & Publication Management

Maintain and update company profiles and product listings in trade publication directories

Add new content, retire outdated materials, and ensure alignment with brand and messaging guidelines

Work with external publication contacts to support accuracy and visibility

Media Relations Support

Use PR software to maintain media lists and send press releases

Update editorial calendars and monitor media coverage for opportunities

Assist in drafting and distributing press releases

Corporate Communications

Draft internal and external communications, including employee announcements, company updates, and leadership messages

Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all messaging

Events & Partnerships

Support planning, setup, and execution for tradeshows, conferences, and activations

Assist with logistics including ordering, packing, shipping, and on-site event setup

Travel to select events (approximately 1–2 times per quarter) to provide on-site support

Coordinate content, promotion, and marketing efforts related to partnerships with associations, vendors, and co-promotional partners

Collaborate with the events and communications teams to ensure cohesive representation of the Qosina brand

Additional Responsibilities May Include

Supporting communications around special campaigns or initiatives

Helping identify opportunities to enhance Qosina’s visibility across key markets and partnerships

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or content development

Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills across formats and audiences

Strong project management and organizational abilities

Experience coordinating with creative, events, and digital teams

Familiarity with advertising processes, media relations, and publication management

Understanding of brand consistency, messaging hierarchy, and editorial tone

Bonus: Experience in event logistics, partnerships, or B2B communications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
