Client Manager

Craft Agency Ltd, New York, NY, United States

With a client roster spanning globally recognised transport brands, premier sporting organisations, and the world’s most recognisable hospitality platform, this studio has just dropped its established brand name to signal complete commitment to transformation. This isn’t gradual evolution – it’s a bet on the future of commercial creativity that goes beyond identity work.

The timing matters, and you’d be joining at a pivotal moment. New business conversations are at their strongest point in years, with several project wins expected next month that will require immediate additional resources.

The Role You’ll manage client projects with significant independence – handling both the administrative execution and direct client communication that keeps complex briefs moving. Your portfolio spans mid-tier clients across diverse sectors, running projects from briefing through delivery while building the confidence and capability to progress toward senior‑level work.

This role exists because the agency is expanding, not replacing. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations, with mentorship from leadership that is actively committed to developing talent through the ranks. The work crosses gaming, retained clients, and what leadership describes as projects in weird and wonderful places.

The Package

$95,000 – $110,000

Hybrid working, three days in the studio

Opportunities to travel to client locations and events

Clear pathway to promotion within the client services function

Open to freelance or contract trial periods before permanent transition

The Person An accomplished Client Manager with 3 – 4 years of account management experience, comfortable running projects independently but seeking room to grow. You’re looking for progression opportunities in a smaller, more collaborative environment, ideally with some gaming experience and retainer client management on your CV.
