Creative Designer

Position Summary: The designer role will assist in concepting and creating all marketing materials to be used in campaigns for Charlotte’s Web. This role relies heavily on digital asset creation, and experience creating digital assets for performance marketing, social media templates, website graphics, landing pages, and motion graphics is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with deadlines across various campaign types

Own the production process for assigned campaigns — organizing assets, tracking revisions, and delivering final files

Design high-quality assets for email campaigns, paid social, display advertising, and performance marketing initiatives

Build and maintain scalable design templates that support efficient campaign production

Ensure all digital assets meet platform specs, brand standards, and performance best practices

Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and growth teams to align on goals and deliverables

Contribute to the ideation and development of integrated creative campaigns from brief to final delivery

Experience in wellness, CPG, or lifestyle brands

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of digital design experience, ideally within a brand, agency, or in‑house creative team

A strong portfolio demonstrating work across email, paid digital, and performance marketing channels

Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)

Experience designing for performance marketing with an understanding of how creative impacts results

Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing attention to detail

Strong conceptual and communication skills — you can pitch an idea as well as produce it

Motion design and basic video editing skills required.

Experience working within brand guidelines while knowing when and how to push them

Physical Requirements: This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, regular meetings and presentations, and occasional light office activity such as lifting up to 10 pounds.
