Territory Manager (Pro Channel) – Michigan
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). Field of work: Sales. Start‑date according to arrangement. Working time: Full‑time. Legal entity: Diablo Tools Inc.
Job Summary Gain 100% market share within the assigned categories, channels, and markets and implement strategic approaches to deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers within the territory to convert, promote, and consolidate key categories.
Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth while staying within T&E budget.
Administrative responsibilities: scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations and suggested orders.
Consistent communication with supervisor and attendance at conference calls, providing revenue planning.
Support Regional Manager and/or Key Market Manager on program development, sales strategies, coaching calls, targeted training, onboarding programs, OTJ training of Territory Managers, trade‑show management.
Travel 5–6 days/month overnight to meet customers and develop territory managers.
Territory covers the state of Michigan.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years of equivalent experience.
Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization, and customers.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
