The Digital Media Producer is responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across multiple platforms, including video, social media, websites, and digital campaigns. This role oversees the end-to-end production process, from concept development through final delivery, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and engages target audiences. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in multimedia production, with the ability to manage projects, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality digital assets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Plan, produce, and oversee digital media content, including video, audio, and multimedia assets Manage the full production lifecycle: concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to align content with brand strategy Develop and manage content calendars and production schedules Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects Optimize content for various digital platforms, including social media and web Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach Manage external vendors, freelancers, and production resources as needed Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and usage rights Stay current with digital media trends, tools, and emerging technologies Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in digital media production, video production, or content creation Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high-quality digital media work Skills and Competencies

Strong video production and editing skills Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools Excellent storytelling and content development abilities Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content optimization Strong communication and collaboration skills Creative thinking with attention to detail Compensation

Annual Salary Range:

$65,000 to $95,000 USD, depending on experience, portfolio, and qualification Performance-based bonuses may be available Benefits
