Personal Lines Producer
Seeking a motivated and results‑driven
Personal Lines Producer
to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) professional with a passion for sales and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. You will play a key role in the real estate division, working with leads generated through a real estate partner. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Performance Bonuses: Potential to earn $0 - $2,500 in additional bonuses each month.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to leads provided by a real estate partner via phone, text, and email.
Collect necessary client information, prepare quotes, and close sales.
Transition sold accounts to the service team for ongoing management.
Maintain a high level of activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in insurance sales; 3+ years preferred.
Skills:
Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
Comfortable making outbound calls and managing high activity levels.
Highly organized and process‑driven.
Motivated by performance‑based incentives.
Soft Skills: Sales‑driven, personable, outgoing, and customer‑focused.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus.
