Digital Marketing Manager: Website + Growth
GameTime, Chattanooga, TN, United States
Before you scroll past this thinking, “cool, another website manager job”…
Pause for a second.
Because this isn’t that.
We don’t sell software.
We design and build some of the most ridiculously fun, visually insane, jaw-dropping playgrounds in the world.
The kind of places where:
kids sprint full speed toward adventure
parents become kids again
communities actually connect instead of just coexist
We’re talking custom playgrounds that feel like stepping into a theme park.
Outdoor fitness spaces that get adults moving again.
Parks designed so a 5-year-old, a 45-year-old, and a 75-year-old can all belong in the same moment.
That’s the mission: intergenerational, inclusive play.
And yeah… a lot of companies say they’re changing the world.
We actually do.
Our website isn’t just a website. It’s:
a product catalog with thousands of SKUs
a storytelling platform
a digital front door to communities across North America
And we need someone who wants to own it. Build it. Grow it. Obsess over it.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role.
This is a roll up your sleeves, take ownership, make it better every single day role.
You’ll:
Own the day-to-day operations of GameTime.com
Manage and optimize a Magento-based e-commerce ecosystem
Partner with developers to launch new features and improvements
Build and optimize landing pages that convert
Drive organic, direct, and paid traffic growth
Lead SEO, AEO, AGO strategies (and yes, we actually care about the future of search)
Manage and analyze performance across:
Google Analytics
SEMrush
Google Ads
Microsoft Advertising
Collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life
Turn data into decisions, and decisions into growtH
You’re going to love this role if:
You’ve managed a complex website with real scale (hundreds of pages, SKUs, integrations)
You know Magento and don’t need your hand held
You get a weird amount of satisfaction from improving conversion rates by 0.7%
You think in terms of funnels, flows, and friction
You don’t wait for direction… you see something broken and fix it
You care about the why, not just the metrics
You want your work to actually mean somethinG
Let’s be real. This is not for someone who:
just wants to “manage content”
prefers maintenance over momentum
The work you do will help:
a city design a park where kids feel like they belong
a school create a space where play fuels learning
a community reconnect in a way that screens never will
You won’t just be driving traffic. You’ll be helping build places where real life happens.
We’re not looking for someone who wants a job.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build something, grow something, and be part of something that actually matters.
