
Marketing Campaign Manager

Vicor is seeking an experienced marketer to join the company’s branding and communications team with responsibility for strategy and execution of global account based marketing (ABM) campaigns to promote the technological leadership and superior power solutions Vicor offers to its customers in the Automotive, High Performance Computing, Aerospace and Defense, and Industrial sectors. Working with a team of smart, energetic, experienced technology B2B marketing professionals who ensure each other’s success, this individual will be responsible for elevating the Vicor brand through all aspects of marketing including advertising, web presence, sales tools, public relations, social media, etc. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in account based marketing and optimizing campaigns using the diverse acumen of teammates in product marketing, analytics, design, and user journeys
Job Description
Plan and execute ABM campaigns to elevate the Vicor brand in target markets
Acquire business unit input and market landscape necessary for colleagues to create compelling messaging and engaging content
Support Vicor strategic business units to meet their business objectives through account based marketing and lead generation
Collaborate with regional marketing managers to execute global and local marketing programs
Work with channel team and Vicor channel partners to plan and execute channel marketing programs
Strategize and plan media to support marketing goals
Work with the PR team, advertising, creative services, project management, and other marketing functions to support campaigns
Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in marketing
8 years of experience in B2B marketing
Extensive experience with account based marketing using owned, paid and earned media
Experience employing analytics to make strategic decisions
Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to communicate an easily understandable strategy and vision to all those executing on a campaign
Strong presentation skills, including to C-Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, concurrent, cross-organizational projects
Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Compensation Data Salary Range: $128,000 - $160,000 Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
