
Marketing – Jr. Marketing Coordinator (NFWS)

Position Summary / Purpose
To assist Marketing Event Planners with traditional enrollment initiatives through market research projects, data management, and rsvp logistics.
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Essential Functions
Manage and optimize RSVP processes, including tracking, status updates, reporting, and data integrity
Compile, analyze, and present detailed RSVP and event performance reports
Build, maintain, and continuously improve event spreadsheets and tracking systems
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless event execution
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for event planning initiatives
Primarily office-based role (90%) with field responsibilities (10%), requiring flexibility for non-traditional hours and occasional personal transportation use
Equipment Used And Responsibility
Basic knowledge of computer programs
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications
Attention to detail and reliability are a must
High level of confidence and leadership to assume lead roles
Able to work both independently and in a team setting
Strong communication skills (both written and verbally)
Ability to learn computer programs quickly (i.e. Workamajig, CRM, Sharepoint, etc.)
Advanced organizational and analytical skills is preferred

Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
