We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X. This role owns influencer strategy end-to-end—from discovery and relationship building to campaign execution, performance tracking, and ROI optimization. You’ll work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to build authentic, high-impact influencer programs that scale. Key Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building

Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential creators across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, and food. Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies. Maintain a strong and diverse influencer pipeline aligned with brand values. Campaign Planning & Execution

Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from briefing to publishing. Create clear, actionable briefs covering campaign goals, brand tone, and creative direction. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across platforms. Content Governance & Performance Tracking

Review influencer content for brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and visual compliance. Track and report KPIs such as reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, conversions, and ROI. Share insights and optimization recommendations to improve performance continuously. Budget Management & Operations

Manage influencer budgets, negotiations, and cost optimization. Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payouts with finance and agency partners. Maintain organized campaign documentation and cost tracking. Innovation, Trends & Creative Strategy

Stay ahead of platform trends, creator formats, and emerging social channels. Propose innovative campaign ideas—collabs, challenges, tutorials, reviews, and UGC-driven formats. Elevate brand storytelling through creative influencer partnerships.
