Automotive Sales Manager (F&I Experience Preferred)

Westbrook Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations, desk deals, manage incoming leads, and develop a high-performing sales team.
This role focuses on deal structure, CRM execution, lead management, and personnel development.
Candidates with Finance & Insurance experience and the ability and willingness to process deliveries will have a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Desk and structure retail deals for new and pre-owned vehicles
Manage deal flow, pencils, and profitability
Oversee and manage all inbound leads (internet, phone, showroom, service drive)
Enforce CRM usage, response times, and follow-up standards
Track lead performance including appointment set/show and closing ratios
Hire, train, mentor, and develop sales consultants
Lead daily sales meetings and reinforce dealership sales processes
Work closely with F&I to maximize deal efficiency and product penetration
Assist with vehicle deliveries during high-volume periods
Qualifications
Automotive Sales Manager or Desk Manager experience
Strong desking and deal structuring skills
Experience managing internet and showroom lead flow
Proficiency with dealership CRM and desking tools
Previous Finance & Insurance experience preferred
Strong leadership and team development skillsProcess-driven with strong organizational ability
