Overview Corgan is seeking an in-house Lead Graphic Designer to join our Dallas-based graphics team. This is a senior, hands-on design role for a creative who cares deeply about craft, clarity, and elevating visual communication across a global architecture and design firm.

We are seeking a graphic designer who will shape and elevate design across print and digital platforms leading concept development, setting visual direction, and ensuring work reflects the strength of our brand. The position requires strong conceptual thinking, typographic precision, and an eye for layout and storytelling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building systems, refining details, and guiding others toward strong creative outcomes.

This role reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with marketing, communications, and studio leadership across the firm. While it does not include direct people management, it does require creative leadership and partnership offering direction, mentorship, and thoughtful critique to fellow designers and collaborators to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

Serve as a brand advocate, maintaining and elevating Corgan’s visual identity across all platforms

Lead concept development and execution of high-quality design across print and digital platforms

Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives

Elevate and protect Corgan’s brand through strong typography, composition, and visual systems

Effectively present and sell creative concepts to internal stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and strategic intent

Internal and external brand building campaign visual ideation and concept development

Design publications, reports, presentations, campaign materials, social media assets, and environmental graphics

Provide creative direction and feedback to designers and collaborators

Maintain and evolve brand standards and templates

Prepare print-ready files and oversee production quality

Collaborate with architects, marketers, and leadership to shape strategic visual communications

Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven pursuit environment

Qualifications

6–10 years of professional graphic design experience (B2B or professional services experience preferred)

Professional degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field

Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and production across print and digital media

Experience working within and strengthening established brand systems

Ability to articulate design rationale and confidently present work

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment

Familiarity with SharePoint, Drupal, or WordPress is a plus

This position is designated as

full-time on-site

and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location

Monday through Friday during standard business hours . Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
