The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with executive leadership to position the company for new opportunities and oversee all marketing channels and materials. This position will lead internal and external marketing and brand strategy, including the production of proposals and presentations, business and social media strategy, website design, coordination of business development information/materials, and local/industry communication and engagement efforts.

Major Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

Develop, refine, implement, and execute the company’s marketing and brand strategy aligned with business goals

Oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials

Be responsible for ensuring the level of quality and accuracy for all marketing deliverables and upholding the standards set forth in the Rabren brand guidelines

Oversee efforts with executive leadership to support marketing strategy, including client meetings, tradeshows, and special events

Lead corporate initiative(s) by helping create, roll out, and maintain new marketing processes

Remain up to date on trends within the industry by researching the construction industry, continually studying related publications, announcements, and events to provide recommendations

Elevate and manage the Travis L. Rabren (TLR) Foundation’s reputation and brand, coordinating with the TLR Foundation board and Rabren team members

Lead the development of RFP/RFQ proposals, qualifications packages, and pursuit presentations

Maintain project and employee profiles and project photography

Assist executive leadership in identifying target markets, clients, and growth opportunities through Dynamics

Create and develop visuals that support pursuit strategy, business development initiatives, and other departments' requests

Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic positioning

Digital Marketing & Communications

Oversee the company website, SEO strategy, and digital presence

Manage all social media channels, highlighting projects and company culture

Lead content marketing efforts, including project highlights, press releases, and newsletters

Industry Presence, PR & Company Events

Coordinate company events, industry conferences, trade associations, and networking events

Manage award submissions, press releases, and media relations

Build relationships with industry organizations (AGC, ABC, SubAla) and local community partners (Auburn/Opelika Chambers)

Marketing Analytics & Performance

Track and analyze historical data, marketing metrics, proposal and bid win rates, and lead generation performance through DynamicsProvide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership

Manage the marketing budget

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

2-5 years of marketing experience

Experience managing proposal marketing and business development support

Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools

Experience in website creation, design, and editing

Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with other departments

Experience with design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Prezi, Canva, etc.)

Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, ability to analyze information, attention to detail, time management skills

Preferences

Experience in commercial general contracting or real estate

Familiarity with A/E/C industry marketing practices

Understanding of construction project delivery methods (Design-Build, CMAR, GMP, Hard Bid)

Experience leading rebranding or brand growth initiatives

Knowledge of project pursuit strategy and capital planning

Valid Driver's License

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has supervisory responsibility for Marketing Interns from time to time.

Ensure RGC policies and processes are followed in supervisory activities.

Work with direct reports to establish goals and development plans for each year; monitor and supervise the progress to enhance their professional development and contribution to RGC.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.

Physical Demands Able to deal with the physical activities associated with an office environment (hear and talk, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5 p.m. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel Travel to other RGC offices and job sites is required.
