
Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead brand initiatives, develop marketing strategies, and execute campaigns that strengthen market presence and drive business growth. This role will oversee brand positioning, creative direction, and campaign performance while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in brand development, campaign execution, and managing creative processes.
Position Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, positioning, and identity across all channels.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Creative Oversight
Lead and manage creative production, including collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Support integrated marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in brand management.
Proven experience developing brand strategy and leading marketing campaigns.
Experience overseeing creative production and working with cross-functional teams.
B2B or manufacturing marketing experience is highly preferred.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Professional marketing certifications are a plus.
What the Role Offers
Competitive salary range of $78,000–$105,000.
18‑month contract with potential for extension or conversion to a full‑time role.
