First International Bank & Trust (FIBT) is seeking a Senior Marketing Design Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys leading brand‑driven design, collaborating across teams, and producing high quality creative work that supports business goals and community focused banking.
The Senior Marketing Design Specialist plays a key role in shaping and maintaining FIBT’s visual brand across digital, print, and multimedia channels. This position provides creative leadership, supports campaign execution, and partners closely with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and uphold FIBT brand standards across all marketing and communication channels.
Conceptualize and produce creative assets for print, digital, email, social media, video, and web.
Provide creative direction and oversight to Marketing Design Specialists and interns.
Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies and creative partners.
Support brand refreshes, campaigns, and new product launches.
Champion visual storytelling across advertising, website content, and multimedia platforms.
Oversee video and photography production, including shooting, editing, and content selection.
Manage relationships with printers and vendors to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
Monitor design and marketing trends and apply best practices where appropriate.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure marketing materials align with compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or vocational/technical degree in Film, Video Production, Mass Communications, or Graphic Design with a minimum of two to five years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
Strong visual design skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience producing video, photography, and digital content.
